Complaint about Tyre Monitor

Delivery service of the product was excellent - I picked up very soon that the packet must have been tampered with, but did not think of it until I opened it up to install the tyre monitor.

The bracket that is screwed to the unit does not screw in and one can see that this had been tampered with before. Kindly advise how I should go about exchanging this product and where. Right now the bracket tthat holds the suction cup on the monitor cannot be fixed/screwed in and accordingly the entire product becomes less useful as it cannot bew mounted using the suction cup, a critical aspect.
