This seal rejuvenator and viscosity index improver has a dual acting stop leak action. While swelling dry and hardened rubber/ neoprene seals and O-rings to stop oil leaks, the viscosity index improver prevents oil from thinning at high temperature and seeping past the rings causing blow-by smoke. Excellent for restoring valve stem seals.
