Wynn’s Nut Lock & Stud Lock are solvent free products that cure in the absence of air and in the presence of metal ions. Applications includes studs, nuts, screws and any threaded fasteners. The adhesive prevents loosening caused by vibration, mechanical and thermal shock. Resistant to petrol, diesel, transmission fluid, anti-freeze, and other chemicals. Wynn’s Nut Lock and Stud Lock also inhibit fretting corrosion and prevent seizure and galling. Nut Lock is a medium strength bond which requires 20Nm torque to loosen. Stud Lock has high bond strength for more permanent locking and requires 36Nm torque to loosen.

Wynn’s Steel Epoxy is a two-component, low odour, fast curing adhesive formulated to bond an extensive range of substrates including steel, brass, copper, iron, plastic, wood, concrete and ceramics. Applied in single action, this product cures with high bonding strength, resistance to high temperature, pressure and grease. Suitable for use to repair worn valve seats, cracked housings, copper and cylinder heads, gas tank, plumbing and radiator leaks, torn keyways, stripped threads, toys and furniture.

Wynn’s Liquid Filler Repair kit is a high strength cyanoacrylate adhesive kit with four filler options for mending a variety of broken items, from appliances, plastics, automotive interior and exterior to cracks in metal components. The filling power bonds with the liquid glue to give a high strength mend which can be filed, sanded seconds after bonding.

Applications

• Fixes appliances, plastics, automotive interior and exterior as well as cracks in metal components.

Directions

1. Make sure the surfaces to be bonded are clean and dry (preferable to solvent-wipe plastics , glass, and rubber, and to acid-treat metals).

2. Dispense a drop or drops to one surface only. Apply only enough to leave a thin film after compression.

3. Press parts together and hold firmly for a few seconds. Good contact is essential. An adequate bond develops in less than one minute. (Maximum strength is achieved in 24 to 48 hours).

4. Wipe off excess adhesive from the top of the container and recap Liquid Filler Repair Kit if left uncapped, may deteriorate by contamination from moisture in the air.

5. Because Liquid Filler Repair Kit polymerises on contact with moisture surfaces, sometimes a whitening will occur on the surface of the container or the bonded materials. Should this happen, wipe surfaces well with acetone
